The Mini Rechargeable Fan Circuit Board is a high-integration "all-in-one" solution designed for building or repairing portable handheld fans. At Electrapac, we recommend this module for hobbyists looking to create compact, battery-operated cooling devices with professional-level features.
This module combines a lithium battery charger, a 3-speed motor controller, and a voltage boost circuit on a single, slim PCB. It is designed to work with a standard 3.7V 18650 or Li-Po battery and drive a small DC motor.
3-Level Speed Adjustment: The board uses an onboard boost converter to step up the battery voltage to three distinct levels (5V, 7V, and 9V), allowing the fan motor to spin at Low, Medium, or High speeds.
Integrated Charger: No need for a separate TP4056 board. Just plug in a standard Micro-USB cable to charge the connected battery.
Single-Button Interface: A single tactile button controls everything:
1st Press: Low Speed
2nd Press: Medium Speed
3rd Press: High Speed
4th Press: Power Off
Visual Status LEDs: Dedicated LEDs indicate which speed mode is active and the charging status (usually Red for charging, Blue/Green for full).
Safe Power Management: The board includes a battery protection IC to prevent the 18650 cell from draining to dangerous levels.
Setting up your Electrapac fan kit is straightforward with four primary solder points:
B+ / B-: Connect your 3.7V Lithium battery (ensure correct polarity).
M+ / M-: Connect your small DC brush motor.
USB Input: Use the Micro-USB port to provide 5V for charging.
Mounting: Ensure the button and USB port are aligned with your enclosure's openings before final soldering.
DIY Handheld Fans: Building custom-designed portable fans with 3D-printed handles.
Repairing Branded Fans: Replacing the motherboard of broken "Jisulife" or "Honeywell" style mini fans.
Desk Cooling Systems: Creating a small, battery-backed personal cooling fan for your workspace.
Electronic Mask Fans: Integrating into wearable tech or face masks for active air circulation.
Cooling for Enclosures: Adding a speed-controllable exhaust fan to portable electronic cases.
We source our Fan Control Modules with high-quality MOSFETs to ensure the speed switching is smooth and doesn't cause the motor to whine. At
