1. Return Window
Customers must report any issues with their order within 3 days of receiving the package. After this 3-day period, we will not be able to accept any claims for returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received does not match your order (e.g., ordered an Arduino Uno but received a Nano).
Physical Damage upon Arrival: If the product is physically damaged during transit.
Incomplete Orders: If a specific component or part of a kit is missing from the package.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
User Error/Damage: Items damaged due to incorrect wiring, improper voltage input, or short-circuits caused by the user.
Soldered Components: Any component or module that has been soldered, modified, or integrated into a circuit cannot be returned.
Missing Original Packaging: Products without their original anti-static bags, boxes, or serial number tags.
Burned ICs/Sensors: We do not accept returns for "burned" modules as they are often the result of incorrect polarities.
4. The Return Process
To process a return, a Clear Unboxing Video is mandatory. This video serves as proof of the condition of the items upon arrival.
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and the unboxing video.
Once the return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our office address via a reputable courier.
5. Refund Policy
If a returned item is found to be defective by our technical team and a replacement is not available in stock, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days.
The amount will be sent back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Account).
