Wiring & Installation Guide

Integrating the Electrapac KCD11 switch is a simple process. Since it is a 2-pin SPST switch, it acts just like a break in your wire:

1. Preparation: Cut a rectangular hole (approx. 13.5mm X 8.5mm) in your panel.

2. Mounting: Press the switch into the hole until the side clips click into place.

3. Connection: Solder one end of your Positive (+) power wire to the first pin and the other end (leading to your load) to the second pin.

Pro-Tip: When soldering to the lugs, use a Heat Sink (like a pair of tweezers) on the terminal to prevent the heat from traveling upward and softening the plastic housing of the switch. Always finish your connection with Heat Shrink Tubing to prevent short circuits against the metal chassis.
