A Mini Slide Switch (SPDT) is a compact, board-friendly mechanical switch used to toggle between two circuits or to act as a simple ON/OFF power control for small devices.

Because it is an SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch, it features three pins: a center "Common" pin and two outer pins. Sliding the lever connects the center pin to one of the two sides.

⚠️ Handling Note

Heat Sensitivity: When soldering these to a PCB, avoid applying heat to the pins for more than 2–3 seconds. Because the body is plastic, the internal metal contacts can shift if the plastic gets too soft from excess heat, ruining the switch mechanism.
