Upgrade from noisy mechanical relays to the Dual High-Power 400W MOSFET Trigger Switch Module, available now at Electrapac. This professional-grade driver module uses two imported high-power MOSFETs in parallel to achieve ultra-low internal resistance and massive current throughput. It is rated for 15A continuous current at room temperature, making it a powerhouse for industrial and hobbyist applications. Read more
The Dual High-Power 400W MOS Trigger Switch Driver Module is a high-performance electronic switch designed for heavy-duty DC loads. At Electrapac, we recommend this module for users who need to control high-current devices like motors, high-power LED strips, or heaters that exceed the capacity of standard relays or small transistors.
This module utilizes two original, high-power MOSFETs (MOS Tubes) in parallel to achieve extremely low internal resistance. Unlike mechanical relays, this is a solid-state switch, meaning it has an unlimited lifespan, creates no noise, and can handle high-frequency PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) for precise control of motor speed or light brightness.
Dual MOS Parallel Output: By using two MOSFETs in parallel, the module reduces heat generation and increases the current capacity, allowing for a steady 15A load at room temperature.
Full PWM Compatibility: Because it is an electronic switch, it can be triggered by a PWM signal from an Arduino or ESP32 to provide 0-100% dimming or speed control.
Solid-State Reliability: No moving parts means no "contact bounce" or mechanical wear. It is much faster and more durable than any traditional electromagnetic relay.
Isolated Trigger: The signal input is separate from the high-power output circuit, protecting your microcontroller from the high-voltage load.
Wide Voltage Range: Supports loads from 5V all the way up to 36V, making it compatible with 12V automotive systems and 24V industrial equipment.
For a safe installation from
Power In (VIN+/VIN-): Connect your DC power source (e.g., 12V or 24V Battery/Adapter).
Output (OUT+/OUT-): Connect your load (Motor, LED Strip, or DC Solenoid).
Signal Input (TRIG/PWM & GND): Connect to your microcontroller (like Arduino Pin 3) and the common ground. A High signal (3.3V-20V) turns the switch ON, and a Low signal turns it OFF.
Brightness Control: Stepless dimming of high-power 12V/24V LED strips or panels.
Motor Speed Control: Use PWM to regulate the speed of 775 motors or other DC brushed motors.
Solenoid & Valve Control: Fast switching for automated irrigation or pneumatic systems.
Heater Control: Managing the temperature of 3D printer beds or DIY heating elements.
Electronic Horns/Alarms: Triggering high-decibel DC sirens without the clicking of a relay.
We source the 400W MOS Trigger Module with high-current copper traces and genuine MOS tubes to ensure it meets its rated specifications under load. Visit
