The Autonics TCN4S-24R is a dual-display, high-performance PID temperature controller designed for industrial thermal management.
The TCN4S-24R belongs to the TCN Series, which is highly regarded for its cost-effectiveness and reliability. Power (Terminals 1 & 2): Connect your 100V–240V AC mains supply.
Sensor Input (Terminals 10, 11, 12): * For Thermocouples: Use pins 11 (+) and 12 (-).
For 3-wire RTD (Pt100): Use pins 10, 11, and 12.
Control Output (Terminals 3, 4, 5): Use pins 4 and 5 for the Relay contact. If using an SSR, use the dedicated SSR drive terminals (refer to your specific unit label).
Alarms (Terminals 7, 8, 9): Configure these for over-temperature protection or system fault alerts.
