The C61F-GP AC220V Floatless Level Relay is a precision-engineered liquid level controller designed for automatic control of water or other conductive liquids. Unlike traditional float switches, it uses electrodes to detect liquid levels, preventing mechanical wear and tear. Read more
The C61F-GP Floatless Level Controller (AC 220V) is a high-precision industrial relay designed to manage water levels in tanks, sumps, and reservoirs without the need for mechanical floats.
Unlike traditional mechanical float switches that can get stuck or leak over time, the C61F-GP uses Conductive Probes (Electrodes) to sense the presence of water. When water touches the stainless steel probes, a small, safe electrical current is completed, signaling the internal relay to either start or stop your water pump. This "floatless" design ensures a much longer lifespan and higher reliability in both clean and slightly turbulent water.
Maintenance-Free Design: No moving parts inside the water tank means no mechanical wear, rusting, or clogging from debris or moss.
Dual Functionality: Can be configured for Water Supply (filling a tank) or Drainage (emptying a pit), making it a versatile tool for any plumbing setup.
Stable Operation: Features integrated surge protection and high-frequency interference filtering to prevent "ghost switching" during thunderstorms or nearby motor activity.
Plug-and-Play Installation: Comes with a standard 8-pin PF083A rail-mount base, allowing you to replace the relay unit in seconds without touching the main wiring.
High-Quality Build: Housed in a flame-retardant ABS casing with thick copper internal contacts to handle the high-start current of local water pumps in Bangladesh.
The Electrapac C61F-GP operates using three electrodes (E1, E2, E3) placed at different heights in your tank:
E1 (High Level): The "Stop" probe. Place this at the desired maximum water level.
E2 (Low Level): The "Start" probe. Place this at the minimum level where the pump should kick in.
E3 (Common): The reference probe. Place this at the very bottom of the tank (must always be submerged).
Terminals 1 & 8: Connect to your AC 220V Power Supply.
Terminals 3, 4, 5: These are the Relay Contacts (Common, NO, NC) used to trigger your pump's Magnetic Contactor.
Pro-Tip: For the best performance, use Stainless Steel Probes or heavy-duty copper rods. If you are using long wires for the electrodes, ensure they are shielded or separated from power lines to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Rooftop Water Tanks: Automatically filling the overhead tank from a deep-well pump when the level gets low.
Sewage & Sump Drainage: Automatically pumping out basement pits or drainage reservoirs to prevent flooding.
Boiler Water Feed: Maintaining a constant water level in industrial steam boilers.
Agriculture: Managing water levels in fish ponds or irrigation channels.
Industrial Cooling Towers: Ensuring consistent water supply for machinery cooling systems.
