A Non-Electric Water Level Float Valve is a mechanical switch designed to automatically control the flow of water into a tank or reservoir without the need for sensors, wires, or a power source. It is the most common solution for maintaining water levels in RO (Reverse Osmosis) purifiers, water dispensers, and small storage tanks.

 How It Works

The valve operates on the principle of buoyancy:

1. Water Level Low: The plastic float hangs down, pulling a needle or diaphragm open to allow water to flow into the tank.

2. Water Level Rises: As the water reaches the float, it pushes the float upward.

3. Shut-off: Once the float reaches a horizontal position, the mechanical leverage pushes a rubber seal against the inlet, instantly stopping the water flow.
